$2,000 Scholarship awarded to Stafford County Paraprofessional

Please allow me to introduce you to this years $2,000 scholarship funded by Cooking Autism, Inc. This scholarship will help the talented and passionate Jubilee Vera work towards finishing her degree as a Special Educator.

Jubilee began volunteering to help her community when she volunteered for Autism Society for Northern Virginia after a loved one was diagnosed with Autism. She quickly learned the importance of advocating for those who had not yet found their voices.

Jubilee has spent the last two years working as a Paraprofessional at Conway Elementary School in Stafford County Public Schools. Her coworkers boast of her compassion, contagious joy, and enthusiasm for her student's growth.

Congratulations to you, Jubilee Vera! We are so thankful to a part of your journey. YOU are making a huge difference in the community around you!
