Cooking Autism is officially a non-profit!
Cooking Autism, Inc. is moving full speed ahead! We incorporated back on May 2nd, and less than a month later, we were able to get all of our ducks in a row, as well as our finishing touch, filing our 10230-EZ for IRS Code 501(c)(3) tax exempt status!
Doing this will allow us to optimize contributions made to Cooking Autism, Inc. by our generous donors, since we will not need to pay taxes on donations; that's not it, our donors will also be able to claim their donations as tax deductions!
